Its a very old tape the quality from the camera, isn't that much better from the orginal. If Bill ever comes to one of the meets I would deffo bring the tape down, or get a copy done from somewhere. Though to be honest. With the quality being a bit poor. People would complain at Bill if he was to put up on ppv as the pic is not that good.

That said though, I am sure it would make Bill's day as it is a right blast ftom the past.

I doubt we would charge for it! Just put it up as a curio from the past. However by the time it's been through a couple of generations of VHS, it will be a bit rubbish.

PPS As for attending meets that reminds me - any chance of another Splunch? If I'm getting on a train, I might as well go somewhere different!

If I can get it copied Bill you can have the master tape its not a problem. Though I have lent this tape a couple of times, to have it not returned!!

So in one instance I had to actually go and get it back. Though their are three hours of non stop sploshing on it, so if you are fan I suppose it is to be expected.

Thanks for posting these Xtra clips andy. What an excellent scene this looks to be...

Definitely pass the original to Bill (you know you can trust him...) I'm guessing he's got video equipment that can capture it in as good a quality format as the original tape will allow.

As a long time fan of Emma, it's a real treat to see all this 'new' footage. I love those shiny green knickers she's wearing.

I'd love to see this scene (and the rest of the 3 hours of footage) on DVD, or at least as a set of download videos at a good resolution and bit rate (i.e not squashed to youtube's standard 480x360 screen size).

What are your plans for the download site Bill? I've been on a few sites that have video downloads at 320x240 size which are a little dissapointing. I'm sure many folk here have seen such videos and wished they were bigger.... Videos of that size are so 1990's (dial-up modems, Windows 98, 15" monitors, regular crashes.... the horror goes on...)

Its 2008 now! lets have some big clear videos to download and watch!!!

many thanks for posting andy...and a very, VERY belated thanks to Emma, Karen and Bill for doing the shoot in the first place.

it was these kinds of shoots, the videos (i think Aquantics 91 was my first foray into the world of WAM on film) and of course, Splosh Magazine that first made me realise i wasn't strange after all (well, not that strange anyway) and it wasn't just me that had to find every excuse under the sun to stay in on a saturday morning to watch tiswas. aahhhh, happy days......

Maybe, but in Bill's world it's still 1978 (I rang him last night and he was watching a DVD of the Morecambe & Wise Christmas show from 1976!).

I am not sure what formats are available for downloads but we certainly want them to be as clear and large format as possible. Youtube is fine for rarities but the quality isn't really good enough for stuff you want to keep. If anyone can pass on any tips, I am sure he will be grateful. Any sites use a format you recommend, Snakes?

It would appear all of the footage I have put has been banned, I have put a request to ask why this has happened, when their is deffo some hard stuff on that site you only have to look.

Will let you know the outcome.
