I'll have to admit I had to ask someone else in the room that one!
It's Complicated.
Moving on: "We are number one. All others are number two, or lower."

One that I know! That's from _Mystery Men_.
Crap, now I have to think of one. Hopefully this isn't too obscure:
"But when it's time to be discreet, there's one thing you just can't beat: And that's a strapless backless classical little black dress."

The unofficial sequel to the Rocky Horror Picture Show... Shock Treatment
Jessica Harper was in her weird stage back then. That movie also reminds me of another weird movie of hers... Phantom of the Paradise.
BTW, great catch exastris's friend... I was hoping the movie was too new because you can't google the quotes yet. And if you haven't seen the movie yet, I'm telling you, it's hilarious. I haven't heard an entire audience laugh like that in so long. I almost peed my panties.
You're so lucky Jerry's dead. You don't have to bump into him.

Apparently that's from the same movie (It's Complicated), cheat!
I think someone might google this, as it's pretty obscure, but please try not to!

If I am correct, and I have only seen it once, is it Plan 9 from Outer Space, AKA the worst film ever made?
Do I get to do one now?

I know I cheated. Teehee. Sorry, I just couldn't resist!!! There are sooooo many funny lines in that movie. I know it's a bit of a chick flick, but I swear, guys, you'll love it, too! And if you take your best girl to see it, I guarantee you, you'll have sex afterwards. Me and my husband did. You leave the movie so giddy, I simply had to do him the moment we got home! (If it weren't the middle of the winter here, we might have done something in the parking lot.) It's a very sexy movie.

And damnit! I don't know most of the stuff you guys have posted on this forum, but this one is REALLY easy. One of my favorite movies, Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I mean, I'm ALWAYS saying, "Bueller, Bueller, Bueller." I know, I'm a total dork! Which means I've got to think of another quote... hmmmmmm... I don't want to make this too easy... Oh I know!!! Let me dump on one of our American institutions:
"A second flood, a simple famine, plagues of locusts everywhere, or a cataclysmic earthquake, I'd accept with some despair. But no, You sent us Congress! Good God, Sir, was that fair? "

I just saw one of my favorite lines (I steal it from time to time), so I'll answer my own clue so I can say the next one.

Now... "I've got a mind for business and a body for sin."
