done passata and carbonara bit not pickled beetroot so that can go on the list... will add it in a bit x

Hollowed out cantaloupe (in joke)
Brandy butter
Parsley sauce
Ruby port
Soggy tea bags
Meat paste
Anchovy paste
Pesto
Natto (if I can find some)
Thai fish sauce
Polenta
Taramasalata
Tzatziki
Spinach puree
Bread sauce
Pickled beetroot (will puree it for more mess)

Oh good idea yes I'll allow that... it's essentially stock which i've done but would be great in it's concentrated gloppy form
