It is US legislation so not at the moment, though I wouldn't put it past the British government to do something similar.

Hey guys, i'm from the US and been looking around here for awhile. Bill is right, its called SOPA, nasty and rather Illegal bill they are trying to push through. Though it shouldn't effect all you across the pond. It'll just put firewalls up over here.
