I've always felt 'scat' referred to a human poo fetish, whereas 'manure/dung' is a spin off of mud play. After all, most mud is organic waste anyway.

I see no harm in having manure on a sploshing site, but I think health warnings are appropriate, which we've had. A lot of us are into it. Personally I don't like brown sauce or motor oil, for instance, but that's part of the same broad sploshing fetish so I'd say if that's your thing then go for it.

Sarah, if you find an obliging cow, please let me know.

By the way, Lesley, it's Findus horse lasagne, and Tesco horseburger. The distinction is important. Sorry to be a nag :D !

Hmmm. I love mud play but I certainly wouldn't class cow poo as being the same as that. Mud is usually composed of variants of deposited clay particles, being silicates such as Kaolin, eroded from rock formations. There may be traces of other substances but usually not much more than that.

Of course, he was found in a parking lot.

Sounds so Chicago, or Joisey.
