cake batter pies

hi all.
A friend is keen to be pied.She is very sexy i have said r u sure as she has long beautiful hair.She insists!
I have some devils cake mix could i mix this first ?
Does it set in room temp.
She lives approx 1 hour away so i was going to make chocolate pies first them take them in a box.Rather than taking food stuffs.Then i was going to add cream on top when i get there.
