Somewhere Safe for Splosh Play

Ok at the moment this is only an idea but I'm working as a pro sub from a dungeon and schoolroom in Bristol but in order to more things on in the future I hope to buy my own place near there as I lose loads of clients because I don't have my own place to work from. One of the things I'm thinking about is turning one of the rooms into an area purely for Splosh play. Now I would use this room for my own messy film shoots as well as letting others hire it for messy films as well as messy sessions at an hourly rate and if someone just wanted to come and splosh with me there I would offer this services too and maybe even organise all the food or gunge as well. At the moment i don't know anyone else doing this and I often get asked to do splosh sessions but have to turn clients away as I don't have anywhere to do this.

Now I'm just looking for feedback to see if it's even worth thinking about when I start looking for somewhere.

Finding a venue always seems to be a common problem.

I can't accomodate other at home and many others have it even worse. Do it!

All you need to have is a large... bathroom I guess.
A room that's either tiled or somehow ok to get wet and is easy to clean. Failing that you could just line any room with plastic as long as you have a strategy for cleanup.

Thinking of getting a room tiled when I find somewhere like you say a large bathroom like my friend Lou has. I think it'd be popular but I could be wrong. That's why I'm asking

I think that's a great idea and my guess is that it will be very popular. Loads of sploshers don't have their own place and don't like hotels. I'm lucky enough to have my own place now and do host sessions at home, but the bathroom is too small and the large room that I do use takes quite a lot of sheeting to cover. A large tiled area is ideal. I would certainly be up for a visit.

A nicely tiled out wet room, preferably with a nice fat pipe to the sewers, would be ideal. Getting rid of mess is always the biggest problem once you've finished playing
