There I share incidents from both 'real life' (ie the pub) and sploshworld for an audience of both pubmates and sploshers and it seems to work. The pub people find it fun and the sploshers like the fact that non-sploshers accept it as ok - and in some cases have started sploshing as well! The problem with Facebook is the lack of space and their intolerance to anything they decide is too rude, so the blog could do the FB stuff and more. At the moment the idea is...
1) Behind the scenes stories of the Splosh! and Gilly shoots, things to look out for etc. Reminscences of old shoots, people etc
2) Stories of everyday life (ie the pub) which is far from dull as anyone who has been will tell you. It might also get some of pubgoers to read it.
3) Random thoughts/gags that come to mind and normally get put in a notebook ready for when I pluck up the nerve to do a stand up routine at the local comedy club and are currently wasted.
4) Photos of all these things.
It sounds a bit Me-orientated at present but I shall try and make it as much about others as possible. I would also like it to be a bit mischievous, like the report on the Splunch was. Don't worry that includes plenty of self deprecation as well! Also if people want to PM me stories for the blog they'd be very welcome.
Miss Helen once said that he thought of me as Bob Hoskins in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, surrounded by cartoon characters who may or may not exist. Then he came down here, as have others, and found that it was all real! My life is exactly like that and I am very grateful. Perhaps now is a good time to share it!!

Go for it, it will go down well, people always ask after you. So the blog would be perfect.
