Does the Credit Crunch Affect Sploshing?
no chance
I would say not at all, I budget for 2 or 3 sessions a year useing proffesional models in very structured skits which take a lot of planning. Not all my sessions are exclusively wam orientated, If some other fetish has caught my eye i will include that as well ie Bondage, Watersports etc. But as i like to use only authentic uniforms in my skits a lot of sourceing is required which to me is half the fun
Its more fun with your clothes on
Hehe, love the picture!
As I said on another thread, would be fascinated to know where you get your uniforms from. Feel free to PM me if you don't want everyone to know!

PS Agree that a lot of the problem is the way we have been 'scared into recession' by people telling us how bad everything will be. My biggest bugbear. If oil is down again why haven't heating bills, petrol prices, food etc followed suit?

It's not affecting me too much. Supermarket own-brand custard hasn't gone up too much and I'm still putting aside the same amount of money to buy sploshing stuff as I was a few months ago. I've been buying cheaper clothes to get messy and ruin recently and trying out new cheaper foods. I've also discovered the joys of fully-clothed showers and baths.

Hi
I am glad that most people are not letting the threatened recession stop them sploshing. Whilst it is true that 'porn sites' aren't as affected as the High St by economic downturns, there is no doubt that the last couple of weeks has stunned people and they are understandably cautious about spending cash on 'luxuries' like DVDs and downloads. However, as has been said, both of these are considerably cheaper than a night out and once paid for can be enjoyed again and again.
We at Splosh! see it as our duty in these times of national emergency to keep people entertained in the way we know best - silly, sexy slapstick. Whilst costs for gunge, travelling etc are undoubtedly rising, the enthusiasm of our models and us is far from falling, so rest assured we will do everything we can to keep you amused (and hopefully turned on) until such time as the government buys us up and runs us!
This is the third recession Splosh! has negotiated in its history so we are getting used to it! Whilst we understand that money may be tighter than before we will do our best to keep the custard flowing and the pies flying. So keep cheering yourself up with the occasional DVD or download and we'll keep making the sort of messy entertainment we all love.
Above all, try and have fun when you can.

Luckily my favourite shop for purchasing cheap supplies to Splosh in in Poundland and they have just announced profits up 122%, surely not just with the amount of custard I buy there!
Also 54321plop I love the WPC picture, I've always had a thing about WPCs, if you have anymore shots I'd love to see them.

Whilst it's perfectly true that a subscription to some sites or a dvd will be cheaper than a ood night out I have recently found myself hesitating to purchase new subscriptions as I still seem to class it as a 'luxury'.
It seems from the previous posts that self sploshing is still affordable but have many members found themselves being a bit more picky over what sites they are choosing to pay for?
Or should I just accept that Sploshing IS life and I should scrimp on other things like heating/gas/food etc

Combine the two - use hot custard!
And if our downloads don't keep you warm then Jack You's Dead...

I know the market has really gone down the drain all over the world but I'm from the US and things have been prietty bad here for quite a while....I am no longer buying $12.00 pies at the supermarket, now I make my own....But, I'm a messy cook so it kinda works out
I totally believe this whole recession is one big scare tactic that was started on purpose before the election...It's quite a shame that our government has become so crooked that we have managed to ruin the rest of the world....
on a lighter note....here are some free pics...These are all I have till I take some new ones soon when my husband's leg heals from his surgery...But they ARE free...and we are in a recession..so..
