First of all, can I say that there was no intention of having an Anti-UMD thread! It wasn't started by us, and was just running as a way people could comment on the various good/bad things about both forums. Constructive criticism of both, if you like, rather than bitching. We are certainly not here to fight, and if it appears to an outsider to be a bitch about them, then we will happily remove it.

As for this particular thread, I had no idea how heated it would get until it did.

I am new to this admin lark and initially very reluctant to edit people's posts as there is meant to be some element of 'freedom of speech'. However, it seems I shall have to a lot more if people are going to behave badly. OK I got it wrong. Sorry.

I am allowing this thread to stand for a little longer so people get a chance to read Liberator's reply, then it will go.
