Though we're at least a month or so behind you southerners with yer fancy temperate climates, today we finally got the mud season up and running here in the land of ice, rickets and blokes dressed up as women as Big Andy and myself went frolicking through a woodland bog in the Forest Of Bowland to celebrate the coming of spring.
The full set is up now on the Wamdrogony main site, in the muddy gallery (natch).

Great pics and cool location! Hope it wasn't *too* far to the clean-up stream!

This particular location has a great selection of both muddy and wet locations so cleaning up wasn't a problem. I was originally planning to drop off that tree in the first picture into the river (about a 6-7 foot drop), but decided against it this time round as the river is still a bit cold and I don't want to take chances with mad stunts until I've got to know the river properly.
We'd taken some bottles of hot water to clean up but like a genius I left them in the car and forgot all about them until after I'd frozen my tits off swimming in the river. D'oh!

Nice pictures...sorry about our 'reverse order' software. We can change it but we are used to it now.

Great location, Miss Helen! I've played in a few such places. Great sense of humor too - thanks for sharing!
