Hi Phantom, try megaupload.com it takes files upto 500mB.

Thanks once again ... am in the middle of uploading it to megaupload site. That site seems slick and on-the-ball, but equally it seems keen on throwing out error messages.

At the moment it's giving me 'time left: unknown' and 'transfer rate: unknown'. So for all its bells and whistles, it doesn't know much.

I'm off to bed now, but will leave the computer on overnight and see what transpires.

Sorry folks - I feel like I've built this up and not delivered. Any other upload sites people know of that handle large files?

No need to apologise, sure I'd like to see it but I wont hold dodgy technology against you, I just appreciate the effort

Not used it myself but http://www.filecrunch.com/ might be worth a go??
